CAD-CAM Capabilities
 We can help you turn your concept into reality by using your AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MasterCam X2 files or even a simple sketch. We provide you with the convenience of sending us your files electronically, thereby ensuring they are error free.
In the event that the design is not complete, we can work with you to design the part and detailed drawings. At the completion of the design phase, we will import the details of the part(s) to our MasterCam X2 software package to generate the CNC program.
The design to manufacturing and finished part process is flawless and streamlined guaranteeing consistent and precise results.
Reverse Engineering and Prototyping
Metaplast Manufacturing offers reverse engineering and prototyping for your parts that have no drawings, documents, are worn out, or damaged.
Our reverse engineering process and assistance will save you valuable time and cost, at the same time offer convenient, and state of the art solutions.
 Design and Engineering AssistanceOur mechanical and design engineering professionals can help you choose the materials that are best suited for your jobs and specific requirements. We can suggest the best material for your specific application including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steels, or plastics.
Purchasing and Outsourcing
Because of our vast experience in the area procurement, you can outsource to Metaplast Manufacturing the function of material purchasing. Our relationship with our supplier base will guarantee that you are offered the best possible price for materials we purchase on your behalf, and it will save you valuable time.
Furthermore, depending on the nature of the product, we can advise you on the most cost effective and efficient method to manufacture the part. This includes CNC machining, casting, CNC laser, plasma, flame cutting, or punching, to name a few.
Quality Assurance
 Our quality assurance program is second to none. We conduct incoming, in process, and final inspection for everything we purchase, produce, and deliver to our customers.
Our in-process inspection procedures ensure that manufactured parts are inspected during each step of the manufacturing process. We also maintain rigorous data gathering and quality recording systems throughout the manufacturing process. Upon request, we deliver the inspection records to our customers.
In the event that our customers require CMM service reports, we would be happy to supply them through our third affiliates.
Product Finishing
Metaplast has formed strategic alliances with a number of companies that provide finishing services. For example, our preferred to sub-contractors can provide:
- powder coating
- zinc plating
- anodizing
- laser engraving
- etching/engraving
- galvanizing
Assemblies
In addition to the manufacturing services, we also provide assembly services. The sizes of the assemblies that we can handle range from a few pounds up to 1,000 pounds. Again, this gives you the freedom and flexibility to have the entire job handles under one roof and by one company.
