CNC Machining
 We use the latest generation of state-of-the-art CNC machines in conjunction with the latest MasterCam X2 software that can deliver accurate parts with consistent geometrical dimension, tolerances, and surface finish.
Our new CNC machines are equipped with Fanuc OI controls linked together through fast processors to deliver quality-finished products often exceeding our customers' expectations. Our machines are equipped 2, 3 or 4 axes that offer our customers the best possible quality at the lowest possible price.
For example, we use Yama Seiki CNC turning centres with up to 8" chucks, a maximum turning diameter of 13.77", maximum turning length 24", and equipped with the latest Fanuc OI-TC 32 bit high speed processing controls and Yama Seiki automated bar feeders.
We also use high precision Yama Seiki vertical machining centres with table capacity of 41" x 23" equipped with the latest Fanuc OI-MC 32 bit high speed processing controls, three axes with a fourth axis on the rotary table.
 Fabrication and Welding
Our fabrication and welding capabilities are highly diverse. We can saw cut material up to 12” in diameter or square; we can punch material up to 3/8" thick, drill using drill presses and bench drills, shear material up to 1/2” steel and form steel material up to 3/8” thick.
We use the latest welding machines MIG and TIG made by world-class manufacturers such as Lincoln Electric and Miller. This allows our highly skilled and experienced welders to always make sure that your parts are welded professionally with a continuous seamless look, and with no or minimal spatter left on parts.
Laser and Plasma Cutting
We provide complete CNC laser, plasma, water jet, or flame cutting services through our affiliations with our preferred subcontractors. We work with our customers to ensure that we choose the correct contractor for your particular needs and expectations.
